The Sr. Customer Marketing Research Analyst will focus on brand’s marketing spend optimization, understanding the behavior of our customers, store/campaign testing & optimization, analyzing campaign results, and provide business performance reporting. This team also works cross-functionally across the entire business, as well as with outside vendors.


The individual in this role will support the following areas:

  • Identify areas that would benefit from research and recommend approach
    • Lead cross-functional Voice of Customer team
    • Support executives and senior leadership with ad-hoc projects and analysis to support enterprise business initiatives as well as future growth opportunities
  • Select the appropriate research methodology and supporting techniques
    • Manage ongoing brand tracking
    • Manage research partners
  • Conduct customer and market research
    • Facilitate ongoing associate and customer communities to gain insight
    • Program questionnaires into online survey tools
    • Interpret results data, prepare reports and make actionable recommendations
  • Present findings across the business


  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field of study or Marketing with equivalent quantitative work experience
  • Experience:
    • 3-5+ years conducting and managing survey research projects and/or tracking programs
    • Strong background with vendor management
  • Tools:
    • Previous experience with Qualtrics or similar tool
    • Previous experience with community management tool
    • Strong knowledge of Excel including pivot tables, vlookups, etc.
    • Capable with other Microsoft Office products
