Responsibilities

 

The IT, Senior Internal Auditor will plan and oversee the day-to-day execution of audits, provide guidance, direction and feedback to the internal audit team and management, while informing the business of audit results and status.

 

The position reports to the Director of Internal Audit. This individual will work closely with managers and partners from third-party organizations providing external and internal audit support.

 

 

Essential Requirements

 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in management information systems or related field, Professional certifications, such as CISA, CIA, CISSP or CISM a plus
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in providing IT audit and assessment services

 

 

Preferred Requirements (skills and abilities)

 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering quality results on time
  • Strong understanding of IT general controls and audit concepts Basic understanding of retail operations
  • Experience with computer-assisted audit tools
  • Able to asses control designs and analyze risks
  • Effective as both an individual contributor, team player and lead
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
