The HR Shared Services Supervisor has overall responsibility and oversight for the Associate Service Center team that provides support and/or administration for HR policies and procedures, Payroll, Leave of Absence, HRIS Self-Service, Unemployment, Work Authorization/Eligibility, and Workers Compensation in the US and Puerto Rico. This position sets goals and objectives for the team and oversees performance, ensuring service delivery and processes are managed as efficiently as possible while adhering to all compliance requirements. The HR Services Supervisor will maintain and build a strong functional team through effective recruiting, training, coaching and team building. In addition, the HR Services Supervisor is responsible for implementing appropriate business processes and internal controls, developing collaborative relationships with other HR teams, cross-functional business units and associates, and fostering a positive, trustworthy reputation for the team.


Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or HR Related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or Call Center Management.


Preferred Requirements




Prior supervisory experience, preferably in coaching and leading others in a call center environment.



Excellent written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated collaboration abilities.


Technically savviness and proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn our software platforms (experience with PeopleSoft and Kronos a plus).


Demonstrated process management and strong organizational skills


High level of confidentiality and proven ability to handle sensitive information


Detail oriented, high level of accuracy in work, meets deadlines.
