Essential Tasks
    - Manage the execution of messaging cadence across all social channels: Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, Instagram, and Snapchat
    - Learn and implement related publishing / scheduling platforms (e.g., Sprinklr) 
    - Conduct regular monitoring across social channels to identify and respond to customer issues / questions, to gain and understanding of and communicate what competitors are doing in the social space, and to surface new content and merchandising ideas to the appropriate internal teams
    - Assist with weekly analytics and reporting to senior management, making recommendations to increase efficiency and enhance the brand
    - Participate in strategic planning and development of comprehensive marketing campaigns
    - Keep up with all industry trends and developments, making recommendations for new channels and tactics that Express should pursue
    - Partner with key functions (e.g., Creative, email, PR, media and events) to execute cross-functional campaigns

     - Must be a college student, junior or senior status preferred

     - Availability to work part-time or full-time January - May 

     - Marketing major, plus experience or interest in social media preferred
     - Active online (browsing, shopping, social media)
     - Strong organizational skills
     - Strong analytical skills
     - Ability to create social media sites (back-end)
     - Proficient in Microsoft Office & Microsoft PowerPoint
