Job Summary
Drive top line sales by supporting omni-channel order fulfillment. Manage OMS settings and act as connection point for stores and various Home Office business partners for the process. Apply a creative and analytical mindset to Order Management problems. Support the identification of trends and insights by analyzing data and results.
Essential Tasks

Manage Day to Day Operations:

•Manage exceptions to normal order processing workflow
•Support omni-channel order flow exceptions as needed
•Research and address process issues, identify root cause, and implement process improvements
•Monitor and report on stores compliance/SLA concerns
•Adding stores/changing stores/removing stores
•Communication to stores regarding order fulfillment issues
•Carrier Liaison
•Serve as the primary point of contact for fulfillment center outbound shipping and customer returns processes
•Serve as the primary point of contact for Transportation related processes and customer issues
•Assist with researching and correcting inventory imbalances across multiple business systems

Cross Functional Partner Collaboration:

•Work with cross functional departments (eCommerce, store operations, merchants, planning & allocation, fulfillment, marketing, finance, customer service)
•Effective written and verbal communication with SFS stock team
Supply & Packaging Management

•Ensure consistent packaging across all channels
•Ensure adherence to supplies re-order process and supplies management

Manage and Maintain OMS Operation Business Rules:

•Safety stock
•Order volume
•Impact to SOP’s

Analyze Reports and Business Trends

•Maintain system SOP and SLAs
•Share operational insights with business leaders
•Work to develop process improvements/efficiencies

Job Requirements

-Education: College Degree or equivalent experience
-Experience: 1-3 years in a OMS operations
-Experience: 1-3 Retail or DTC experience
-Experience: 1-3 years in vendor/partner relationship management
-Experience: 1-3 years analytical experience
-Experience: Excellent verbal, phone and written communication skills
-Experience: Ability to make sound decisions
-Experience: Ability to work cross funtionally

-Strong leadership skills
-Ability to work independently
-Excellent strategic and analytical skills
