The User Experience Manager is a player/manager who will lead a team of UX Designers and work closely with a cross-functional team of Web Designers, Developers, On-line Merchants and Planners, and Store Operations partners to design and create innovative, cutting-edge features and experiences for Express.com. This position is responsible for leading the design and development of the overall experience architecture, patterns, design, standards, and interactive elements for all shoppers who interact with Express in a number of contexts online, via mobile, and in store. This position will be required to maintain a functional understanding of all existing and new customer interaction platforms
