The Search Manager will be responsible for the overall creation, implementation and execution of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Paid Search budgeting, strategies, analytics, communication and vendor management. Responsible for gathering and developing Key Business Requirements (KBRs), technical/ system requirements, functional designs, key category focus and articulated business process to drive technology solutions and paid search optimization while supporting brand strategies for overall traffic growth. In conjunction with the Marketing & Site Operations team, this role will also be responsible for one direct report, lead 2 agencies teams and the day to day production support of website systems, programs, and operations to help build a culture of continuous improvement and flawless execution.
