The primary focus of the Store Operations Analyst is to assist in optimizing store financial results through analysis of performance data points and workforce management analytics.  The role provides analysis and reporting supported with insights and recommended actions.

Workforce Management Optimization
-Analyze reporting in Kronos and make recommendations on how to better optimize labor in stores during peak and non-peak traffic times
-Review analytics dashboard to determine trends using business insight and make recommendation on how to leverage labor in stores

Business Reporting
-Use advanced excel tools, predictive analytics or data mining techniques to uncover insights & trends impacting the stores financial and operational performance.
-Measure and communicate insights from data analysis and test results.
-Collect, report and analyze data relative to stores performance (both routine and Ad Hoc)
-Incentives and Recognition
-Exception Reporting
-Labor /Task Management
-Merchandise Flow
-Express NEXT Credit Card/Loyalty

Goal Setting
-Create and communicate field performance management goals  
-Work with Loyalty team on creating and communicating quarterly Express NEXT Credit Card reporting

System Administration / Support
-Manage the functionality and integrity of Stores Performance Management Reporting system
-Manage field key performance indicators (KPIs) and act as the gatekeeper for any new reporting/metrics that are being posted to the field

Essential Requirements
-Excellent analytical skills
-Education: Bachelor’s Degree (minimum) or equivalent work experience
-Experience: 2-3 years analytical experience
-Experience: High proficiency in Excel

Preferred Requirements (skills and abilities)
-Ability to work independently
-Experience: Excellent verbal, phone and written communication skills
-Experience: Ability to review large amounts of data and provide practical use to the business
-Experience: Proficiency in MicroStrategy and Kronos
-Experience: Creating or working with dashboards
-Experience: Ability to lead analytics or dashboard projects
