This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Omni Channel Fulfillment and will be responsible for producing and delivering operational analyses which will allow the efficient operation of the omni channel functions. Provide operational and analytical support to prioritize optimization initiatives and cost reduction efforts.
Duties will include:
Partner with different areas of the business (IT, Inventory Control, Customer Service, and E-Commerce) to identify reporting needs and resolve issues.
Partner with Store Operations team making adjustments to store omni functions as needed.
Serve as a SME for OMS System
Provide concise analysis and interpretation of business critical information. Able to identify issues through an understanding of expected results and normal operating conditions.
