    The Campaign + Brand Planning Specialist supports development and manages execution of integrated campaigns that support brand objectives across all consumer touchpoints – which could include paid media, social media, events, and content partnerships, email and other 1:1 marketing, websites, etc. The Specialist will support subject matter experts to activate the channel plan, coordinate execution, and communicate results for campaigns, events, and brand partnerships.  Additionally, this role is often tapped to support to support branded experiential moments. 


    The Specialist must be a change-agent, focused on driving growth through creative uses of traditional and non-traditional vehicles, as they are expected to support the conception and development, plan, execute & optimize winning and innovative programming for the brand.  The specialist will continuously monitor marketing trends and keep a close eye on competitive retailers’ efforts in the marketplace.  They are customer-centric in their approach and have a deep knowledge and appreciation for marketing systems and data. They are a top collaborator who can support and influence cross-functional teams both internally & externally to incorporate key strategies into all brand outreach and initiatives.

    The Specialist reports into the Senior Manager, Campaign & Brand Planning as part of the greater Brand Marketing team run by the department VP. The Specialist will also work in close tandem with the Brand Campaign Manager to support the development of strategy and its dissemination across the organization.



    Support the operationalization of brand and campaign strategies across internal and external partners and initiatives.

    Foster productive relationships with internal & external partners and key channel owners. 

    Organize and lead meetings with cross-functional partners to keep project execution on track

    Anticipate and inform partners on important developments, potential problems, and related information to ensure coordinated work efforts working to overcome road blocks

    Build & manage timelines including alignment with key stakeholders, creative development, legal approvals, etc., and combine tasks into efficient workflows to drive projects forward

    Support cross-functional team effort to ensure programming delivers against objectives and partner with analytics to track, measure, and report performance and hindsights

    Manage and communicate all budget tracking to ensure financial benchmarks are met



    Support and contribute to the ongoing brand strategy work around our 5 key lifestyles, denim, wear to work, going out, One Eleven, and men’s casual.

    Leverage analytics, consumer insights, market research, and experimentation capabilities to help build innovative strategies that engage potential new and our existing customer base

    Build consensus to solve key business challenges through collaboration among key cross-functional partners.



    Stay current on market, competition, and trends

    Identify brand growth opportunities to build deeper customer connections

    Develop and implement new strategies and tactics to strengthen core brand metrics by gender


     Job Requirements



    Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related discipline



    3-5 years of demonstrated experience in a Marketing role with a proven track record in brand partnerships & events

    Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple detail-oriented assignments while keeping an eye on the overarching Marketing objectives (must have STRONG attention to detail)

    Proven strategic and creative thinker who can bring innovative solutions to the table

    Proven ability to successfully design, develop, and measure integrated programs

    Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally and collaborate with others to bring integrated partnerships to life

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change

    Autonomous and entrepreneurial mindset and approach, but willing to incorporate direction from supervisor and executives

    Experience in event planning/management

    Strong experience with traditional and social media channels

    Negotiation experience and confidence working with external partners

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization

    Strong research and analytical skills

    Budget-management skills and proficiency

    Familiarity with the latest marketplace trends

    Passionate for consumer insights

    Excellent understanding of full marketing mix

    Passion for retail and apparel
