    Essential Requirements

    • Previous experience working with the Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target
    • Experience with Adobe DTM, Adobe Launch, Tealium, Signal or other tag management systems.
    • Ability to write and manipulate Javascript
    • Has worked with development teams to create data layers on websites, and use tag management systems to get data from a website or app.
    • Proven ability to take data and turn it into actionable insights
    • You must love data.
    • You must have a passion for the web and creating delightful user experiences
    • Must be self-motivated, responsive, and dedicated to customer success
    • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written
    • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively
    • Proficient in Microsoft office tools – Word, PPT & Excel
    • Project management and organization skills

     

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in analytics, data science or marketing
    • 2+ years’ experience in online analytics
    • Proof of knowledge/experience

     

    Preferred Requirements (skills and abilities)

    • Experience with AB/Multivariate testing – Tools & analysis
    • Advanced knowledge of Adobe analytics – Omniture & Ad Hoc
    • Experience working with tag management systems like Signal & Adobe DTM
    • Intermediate JavaScript, CSS and HTML skills
    • Intermediate-advanced statistics knowledge
    • Experience in retail, fashion or cosmetics industry preferred
