    The primary responsibility of the Factory Outlet Sample Coordinator is the coordination of merchandise samples and product information. This position will manage the organizing of physical samples and the tracking of samples as they arrive to the office.   The ideal candidate should be comfortable using Microsoft Excel and will also be asked to provide data entry assistance on order commitments for the team.  This individual will also support the Factory outlet leadership and merchandising teams various administrative tasks such as but not limited to calendar organization, document printing, and office supply coordination as needed by the team. Additional day-to-day responsibilities include:

    Sample Coordination:
    -Coordinate monthly floorset sample pass off meetings with merchant assistants.
    -Collect and prepare samples for marketing photo shoots.
    -Follow up on any late or missing samples and communicate updates to team as needed.
    -Track samples expected to receive and communicate updates to the team.
    -Organize samples for Trim Alignment meetings and Monday selling meetings

    On-Order reconciliation:
    -Review weekly on-order and reconcile planned receipts to actual on-order to vendor
    -Highlight discrepancies and make call-outs to the teams

    Data entry:
    -Update sample tracking files in excel
    -Enter style information in Younique system for tech packs and styles
    -Help assistant merchants as needed in RMS system with item definition and commitment management
    Administrative Support:
    -Help manage and update team calendar in excel
    -Support team leadership in calendar management, expense report creation, and conference room booking
    -Print files and tech packs as needed for the team
    -Other miscellaneous tasks as directed by supervisor


    -Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
    -Minimum 2 years of related work experience in corporate retail environment.
    -Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills required    
    -Computer proficiency sufficient to operate Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

    Preferred Requirements (skills and abilities)
    -Ability to manage time and workloads effectively with minimal supervision
    -Hands-on person with positive team attitude
