    Job Requirements

     

    Essential 

    • 5 years of experience as a user experience designer or similar role
    • Working with and contributing to a scalable Design System.
    • A portfolio demonstrating experience creating great user-centered design solutions across mobile and desktop devices.
    • Proficient in design, wireframing and prototyping tools including Adobe, Axure, Visio or similar standard tools.
    • Experience collaborating directly with engineering and creative to validate designs and align on approach.
    • Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques preferring simplistic and elegant solutions aligned to the brand.
    • Experience in visual design including mock-ups and style guides.
    • Great communications skills and ability to present to and influence others including senior management.
    • Champion for user-centered design, the brand and our customers.

      

    Preferred

     

    • Bachelor’s degree in design or human-centered interaction or related field preferred.
    • Experience in retail ecommerce for a fashion retailer.
    • Understanding of the fashion business and cycles.
    • Experience designing in Agile/Scrum delivery models
    • Experience designing solutions for associate use or integrated customer experiences (across mobile, DT and in-store)
    • Experience building/curating a scalable Design System
    • Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS/javascript)
