KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the creation and maintenance of financial plans for the Express Amazon brand store
• Monitor product performance, identify sales opportunities, and assist in managing stock levels to avoid stockouts or overstocks
• Forecast demand at the SKU level using historical data, trends, and marketing plans
• Assist in planning and executing Amazon shipments and replenishments
• Collaborate with Production and Merchandising teams to place Amazon-specific orders
• Conduct basic assortment and SKU rationalization analysis to optimize product mix
• Partner with finance on open-to-buy planning and inventory investment strategy
• Prepare reporting and analytics that support weekly, monthly and quarterly selling meetings
• Participate in inventory allocation and rebalancing decisions to support business goals
• Help identify process improvements and recommend system enhancements

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Retail Management, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in merchandise planning, allocation, or inventory analysis (internships and co-ops count)
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large sets of data
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Curious, solutions-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-moving e-commerce environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Collaborative mindset and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Amazon experience or familiarity with Seller Central is a plus, but not required
