Responsibilities

Job Summary 

Support the development, implementation, management, communication and effectiveness of training and education for the store’s organization.

 

Essential Tasks

Create Training Materials -

  • Develop innovative and engaging learning materials for field associates driving results in customer experience and store execution
  • Manage all aspects of projects including Subject Matter Expert (SME) involvement, timelines, reviews, budgets, communication with home office partners and field associates to meet learning objectives.Develop innovative and engaging learning materials for field associates driving results in customer experience and store execution
  • Create visual story boards, draft narration, create visual elements, develop knowledge check activities, edit video content and draft communication in partnership with cross functional business partners.
  • Create effective training materials utilizing a variety of learning methods to translate behavior, process or technological concepts into easy-to-understand materials and job aids.

Facilitate Training

  • Facilitate learning using a variety of methods including classroom, web, video, eLearning or conference call
  • Plans all logistics and communications to support learning events
  • Implements train the trainer programs to drive learning execution and consistency

Evaluate Education Completion and Effectiveness

  • Develop processes for measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of learning programs
  • Track completion of learning modules and learning plans to drive accountability with participants, leadership and SMEs
  • Implement a learn and earn philosophy to drive associate product knowledge and testimonials
  • Collect associate feedback on program effectiveness to continuously improve
  • Leverages industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training and education approach
  • Other essential tasks may occur as directed by your supervisor

 

Job Requirements

 Essential Qualifications - 

  • Years of Experience: 3-5 years in a training or related field
  • Percentage of Travel: Up to 40%
  • Experience with instructional design and building and rolling out new learning and development programs
  • Ability to break down learning content into simple concepts ensure a smooth transfer of skills and knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results through learning
  • Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS office, Adobe Suite, Learning Management Systems, Articulate and other learning tools

Preferred Qualifications -

Graphic Design Experience 

 

Education - 

Bachelor's Degree
