The Regional Director is responsible for driving consistent execution across multiple districts through setting direction, coaching and developing district managers, building succession plans and influencing corporate decisions. The Regional Director is responsible for ensuring the right field talent is in place to meet current and future business objectives.


  • Lead strategies and tactics to drive consistent performance objectives through ongoing results management and communication in market. Drive the execution of brand critical initiatives through teaching and coaching
  • Ensure a consistent positive in-store customer experience through the assessment of metrics, educating, motivating, and calibrating the operating framework across the region
  • Source and network with candidates and referrals, interview, on-board, coach, develop, and align district manager and the Region’s talent to deliver desired performance
  • Lead and manage large scale change initiatives. Develop and maintain with Partners including Visual, LP, Allocation, HR, etc.
  • Communicate business insight to provide a global overview of the brand by region
  • Manage controllable expenses throughout a region to maximize profitability. Create and maintain a culture of operational effectiveness


Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-8 years of multi-district store management experience with an annual sales volume of $50+ million
  • Proven ability to drive top line sales growth; create culture focused on accountability for delivering results
  • Ability to analyze key business metrics to identify performance opportunities
  • Can effectively collaborate with peers and home office partners
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to network, recruit, train, develop and assess talent
  • Model company values
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends when appropriate
  • Ability to travel with overnight stays for meetings and store visits
